We teach that the Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments in their entirety, are the verbally inspired Word of God, without error in the original writing, the complete revelation of God’s will. We teach that God has preserved these Scriptures throughout the ages to be the divine and final authority for all faith and life.
We teach that there is one God, Creator of all things, infinite, perfect and eternally existing in three equal persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We teach that Jesus Christ is God incarnate, truly God and truly man. We teach that He was born of a virgin and lived a sinless life, that He died on the cross as a sacrifice for the sins of all that repent of sin and trust Him alone for salvation, that He rose bodily from the dead and ascended into heaven where He serves as our Mediator and Intercessor with the Father until He returns at the end of this age.
We teach that the present ministry of the Holy Spirit is to reveal the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ; to convict individuals of sin; to regenerate the sinner, and to indwell, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for Godly living and service.
We teach that man was created in the image of God. However, his willful sin resulted in physical and spiritual death and in the necessity of a new birth for salvation.
We teach that the shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only ground for salvation and that salvation is by God's grace alone, complete and eternal. We teach that being born again by the Holy Spirit is the gift of God necessary for salvation and that the outward evidence of the New Birth is repentance from sin and personal faith in Christ.
We teach that Satan is a created being who sinned through pride and, along with fallen angels, has become the enemy of God and His people.
We teach that water baptism and communion are ordinances of the church that symbolize the believer’s salvation and relationship with God.
We teach that the local church is a body of believers which is structured and functioning as a family and meeting together regularly. The purpose of the body is to seek the salvation of the lost and mutually edify each other through individual gifts received from God.
We teach that there will be a personal, bodily return of our Lord Jesus Christ and that this expectation should encourage the believer to lead a godly and fruitful life. We teach that Christians are to be salt and light in the world and as such are to bring the implication of their faith into all areas of society.
We teach that there will be a bodily resurrection of all the dead. Believers will be resurrected to everlasting blessedness and eternal life in the presence of God; unbelievers to judgment and everlasting punishment apart from God.
